UNIFORM DEPLOYED PARENTS CUSTODY AND VISITATION ACT (UNIFORM ACT)
General Provisions

“Family member” includes a sibling, aunt, uncle, cousin, stepparent or grandparent of a child, and a person recognized to be in a familial relationship with a child under the laws of this State other than NRS 125C.0601 to 125C.0693, inclusive.
