NRS 127A.260: Appeals.

Any person against whom any order or judgment is made or who is affected thereby may appeal to the appellate court of competent jurisdiction pursuant to the rules fixed by the Supreme Court pursuant to Section 4 of Article 6 of the Nevada Constitution from any order or judgment of the district court made under the provisions of chapters 127A to 127E, inclusive, of NRS in the same manner as in other civil proceedings.
