NRS 127E.210: Contents of petition; required documentation and other evidence.

A petition for readoption must:

1. Include any information required by NRS 127C.380; and

2. Be supported by:

(a) A copy of any order or certificate of adoption that evidences finalization of the adoption in the foreign country;

(b) The birth certificate of the child; and

(c) A certified translation of any document described in paragraphs (a) and (b) that is not in English.
