CHAPTER 128 - TERMINATION OF PARENTAL RIGHTS

The provisions of this chapter, to the extent they do not conflict with the provisions of NRS 432B.5901 to 432B.5908, inclusive, apply to all proceedings concerning the termination of parental rights that are commenced pursuant to NRS 432B.5901 by an agency which provides child welfare services.
