NRS 159A.0483: Attorney for protected minor or proposed protected minor; protected minor or proposed protected minor deemed party to proceedings.

1. A protected minor or proposed protected minor who is the subject of proceedings held pursuant to this chapter shall be deemed a party to the proceedings.

2. The protected minor or proposed protected minor may be represented by an attorney at all stages of the proceedings.

3. If the protected minor or proposed protected minor is represented by an attorney, the attorney has the same authority and rights as an attorney representing another party to the proceedings.
