NRS 159A.056: Order for payment for support of proposed protected minor; assignment of payment to guardian.

If a court order is in effect for payment for the support of a proposed protected minor, upon entry of an order appointing a guardian for the minor, the court shall order the assignment of the payment to the guardian for the support of that minor.
