CHAPTER 159A - GUARDIANSHIP OF MINORS
POWERS AND DUTIES OF GUARDIANS

Any contract, except to the extent of the reasonable value of necessaries, and any transaction with respect to the property of a protected minor made by the protected minor are voidable by the guardian of the estate.
