CHAPTER 160 - VETERANS’ GUARDIANSHIP (UNIFORM ACT)

Whenever, pursuant to any law of the United States or regulation of the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Secretary requires the appointment of a guardian for a ward before the payment of benefits, the appointment must be made in the manner provided in this chapter.
