CHAPTER 171 - PROCEEDINGS TO COMMITMENT
WARRANT OR SUMMONS UPON APPLICATION, COMPLAINT OR CITATION

The warrant shall be directed to and executed by a peace officer. The summons may be served by any person authorized to serve a summons in a civil action.
