INTRASTATE FRESH PURSUIT (UNIFORM ACT)

If any part of NRS 171.154 to 171.164, inclusive, is for any reason declared void, it is declared to be the intent of NRS 171.154 to 171.164, inclusive, that such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of those sections.
