CHAPTER 171 - PROCEEDINGS TO COMMITMENT
CITATION FOR MISDEMEANOR

Every record of misdemeanor citations required by NRS 171.177 to 171.1779, inclusive, shall be audited at least semiannually by the appropriate fiscal officer of the governmental agency to which the law enforcement agency is responsible.
