INQUIRY INTO COMPETENCE OF DEFENDANT AND PROCEDURE FOLLOWING FINDING OF INCOMPETENCE

The clerk of the court before which an examination has been conducted shall certify the costs to the board of county commissioners or governing body of the city, as appropriate.
