CENTRAL REPOSITORY FOR NEVADA RECORDS OF CRIMINAL HISTORY

The Director of the Department shall establish within the Central Repository a Uniform Program for Reporting Crimes that is designed to collect statistical data relating to crime and to facilitate the collection and analysis of statistical data relating to crime at a central location.
