NRS 1A.150: False statement or certification; withholding of information.

A person who knowingly makes a false statement, certifies to an incorrect document or withholds information for the purpose of receiving or assisting another person in receiving benefits under this chapter to which he or she is not entitled is guilty of a gross misdemeanor.
