NRS 207.300: Discrimination: Transactions involving real property.

It is unlawful for any person to refuse to rent, lease, sell or otherwise convey any real property solely because of race, religious creed, color, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, ancestry, familial status or sex.
