TRANSPORTATION AND TRANSFER OF OFFENDERS

The officer in charge shall transport at the same time all persons awaiting transportation, and the Board shall not allow any extra expense incurred by the making of unnecessary trips in transporting separately persons who might be transferred at the same time.
