NRS 209.401: Director may establish facilities for offenders to live in community.

The Director may, with the approval of the Board, establish facilities which enable offenders to live in a community while obtaining regular employment, enrolling in academic courses, participating in vocational training programs, utilizing community resources in meeting their personal and family needs, and participating in whatever other approved programs may exist within the community.
