Programs of Treatment for Offenders with Substance Use or Co-Occurring Disorders

“Program of aftercare” means a program that is established pursuant to NRS 209.4238 to provide continuing treatment to those offenders who successfully complete treatment in a program of treatment for offenders with substance use or co-occurring disorders.
