CHAPTER 211 - LOCAL FACILITIES FOR DETENTION
ELECTRONIC SUPERVISION OF PRISONERS

The sheriff or chief of police shall establish general rules and individual conditions for electronic supervision. If a prisoner violates such a rule or condition, the sheriff or chief of police may return the prisoner to physical confinement.
