PARDONS, REMISSIONS OF FINES AND COMMUTATIONS OF PUNISHMENTS; STATE BOARD OF PARDONS COMMISSIONERS

No notice shall be required of an application for:

1. A restoration to citizenship to take effect at the expiration of a term of imprisonment; or

2. The commutation of the death penalty.
