The Chief shall notify the Department of Motor Vehicles when a prisoner who has had his or her license, permit or privilege to drive revoked pursuant to NRS 483.460 is placed on parole. The notification process must conform to the guidelines provided in regulation by the Department of Motor Vehicles pursuant to NRS 483.460.
