“Personal injury” means:
1. Actual bodily harm or threat of bodily harm which results in a need for medical treatment;
2. In the case of a minor who was involved in the production of child sexual abuse material in violation of NRS 200.710, 200.720, 200.725 or 200.730, any harm which results in a need for medical treatment or any psychological or psychiatric counseling, or both;
3. Any harm which results from sexual abuse; or
4. Any harm which results from a violation of NRS 200.5099 or 200.50995.
