CERTIFICATION FOR VICTIMS SEEKING TEMPORARY FEDERAL IMMIGRATION BENEFITS

“Certification” means the certification of a Form I-918, Supplement B, U Nonimmigrant Status Certification, as required by 8 U.S.C. § 1184(p) regarding a Form I-918, Petition for U Nonimmigrant Status by a certifying agency.
