- Unlawful Interference With Legislative Process
A person who interferes with the legislative process in the presence of either House may be summarily taken into custody by the Sergeant at Arms until:
1. A complaint has been filed and an arrest made by a peace officer for the violation of NRS 218A.915; or
2. A citation for contempt has been served pursuant to NRS 218A.925.
