NRS 218C.540: Computation of benefits payable to Legislator who became member of System before January 1, 1990.

The benefits payable to a Legislator whose effective date of membership is before January 1, 1990, must not be less than the Legislator’s accrued benefits determined without regard to any amendment of the Legislators’ Retirement System made after October 14, 1987.
