CHAPTER 218G - LEGISLATIVE AUDITS
AUDIT DIVISION

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, “agency of the State” includes all offices, departments, boards, commissions and institutions of the Executive Department and the Judicial Department, but does not include the Legislative Department.
