NRS 223.430: Chief of the Budget Division: Appointment or service in position by Director; classification.

The Director of the Office of Finance shall appoint a Chief of the Budget Division, who serves at the pleasure of the Director and is in the unclassified service of the State, or may serve in this position if the Director has the qualifications required by NRS 353.175.
