NRS 223.930: Requirement to assist Office.

Each agency, board, commission, department, officer, employee or agent of this State or a political subdivision of this State shall provide the Office for New Americans created by NRS 223.910 or any representative of the Office such assistance as the functions and operations of the Office may require if that assistance is within the scope of duties of the person or entity.
