CHAPTER 224 - LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR
OFFICE OF SMALL BUSINESS ADVOCACY

The Lieutenant Governor shall transmit his or her resignation to the Legislature, if in session, and if not in session shall then transmit it to the Secretary of State.
