NEVADA STATE INFRASTRUCTURE BANK

The Board of Directors and any member thereof, and any officer, employee, agent or committee member of the Bank is not liable in a civil action for any act performed on behalf of the Bank in good faith and within the scope of their duties or the exercise of their authority pursuant to NRS 226.700 to 226.832, inclusive.
