NRS 226.832: Governmental units authorized to provide technical advice, support and assistance to Bank.

Any division of the Department of Transportation, the Department of Business and Industry, the Office of Economic Development, the State Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, the Office of Energy or any other governmental unit may, to the extent that money is available for that purpose, provide technical advice, support and assistance to the Bank, including, without limitation, the Board of Directors.
