NRS 228.010: Qualifications.

Where this section sits in the code

No person shall be eligible to the Office of Attorney General unless the person:

1. Has attained the age of 30 years at the time of such election;

2. Is a qualified elector and has been a citizen resident of this State for 3 years next preceding the election;

3. Is registered to vote in this State; and

4. Is a member of the State Bar of Nevada in good standing.
