NRS 232.805: Definitions.

Where this section sits in the code

As used in NRS 232.805 to 232.840, inclusive, unless the context otherwise requires:

1. “Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Insurance.

2. “Division” means the Division of Insurance of the Department of Business and Industry.
