CHAPTER 233 - NEVADA EQUAL RIGHTS COMMISSION

All gifts of money which the Commission is authorized to accept must be deposited with the State Treasurer for credit to the Nevada Equal Rights Commission Gift Fund which is hereby created as a trust fund.
