NRS 237A.030: Application by corporation to establish, operate and maintain foreign trade zone.

Each foreign trade zone corporation organized under and subject to the appropriate provisions of title 7 of NRS, as provided in NRS 237A.020, may apply for and receive from the proper United States authorities a grant of the privilege of establishing, operating and maintaining a foreign trade zone, wholly or partly within the State.
