NRS 242.055: “Information service” defined.

“Information service” means any service provided by the Office to a using agency relating to the creation, maintenance, operation, security validation, testing, continuous monitoring or use of an information system. The term includes, without limitation, the real-time monitoring of cyberinfrastructure, threat mitigation, incident response and cybersecurity enforcement.
