- PROCEDURE FOR RELOCATION OF COUNTY SEATS
The Governor must thereupon issue a proclamation, stating therein the result of the vote in the county affected, and that the act has been approved by a majority of all the qualified voters voting at the election. The act shall become effective on the date of the proclamation.
