NRS 243.475: Order of election: Contents; publication.

The order shall state the time and places where the proposition is to be voted upon, and the board of county commissioners shall cause a certified copy of such order to be published in some newspaper of general circulation published in the county as may be designated by the board, at least once in each week for 2 weeks, the first publication to be at least 40 days before the date of the election.
