- GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The county commissioners shall:
(a) Elect one of their number as chair of the board and another of their number as vice chair of the board; and
(b) Fix the terms of office of the chair and vice chair of the board.
2. The county clerk shall be clerk of the board.
