GENERAL POWERS
Formation of Nonprofit Corporation in Emergency

1. Except as otherwise provided in NRS 244.196 to 244.1995, inclusive, the provisions of chapter 82 of NRS apply to a nonprofit corporation formed pursuant to NRS 244.197.

2. To the extent that the provisions of NRS 244.196 to 244.1995, inclusive, conflict with the provisions of chapter 82 of NRS, the provisions of NRS 244.196 to 244.1995, inclusive, control.
