CHAPTER 244 - COUNTIES: GOVERNMENT
COUNTY PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSIONS

In addition to the powers elsewhere conferred upon counties, any county, regardless of population, may create a county park and recreation commission in conformity with the procedure prescribed by NRS 244.3073 to 244.30792, inclusive.
