NRS 244.308: Definitions.

Where this section sits in the code

As used in NRS 244.308 to 244.3091, inclusive, unless the context requires otherwise:

1. “Board” means the board of county commissioners and includes the Board of Supervisors of Carson City.

2. “Commission” means the county park commission.

3. “Commissioner” means a member of the commission.

4. “Facilities” means any recreational, cultural or park property authorized by NRS 244.308 to 244.3091, inclusive.
