CHAPTER 244 - COUNTIES: GOVERNMENT
COUNTY PARK COMMISSIONS

Whenever the board of county commissioners desires any of such powers to be exercised by a county park commission, the board is hereby empowered and authorized to organize by ordinance such a commission to exercise thereafter any of such powers on behalf of the county.
