NRS 244.369085: Remedies and penalties are cumulative; limitations on effect of provisions.

1. The remedies and penalties provided in NRS 244.36901 to 244.36909, inclusive, are cumulative, may not be abrogated and are in addition to any other remedies or penalties that may exist in law or equity, including, without limitation, any remedy or penalty that may be available pursuant to NRS 244.360 to 244.3607, inclusive.

2. The provisions of NRS 244.36901 to 244.36909, inclusive, shall not be construed to limit those rights available to a landlord or tenant pursuant to any other provision of law.
