NRS 244A.019: “Building project” defined.

“Building project” means any public building or complex of buildings to accommodate or house lawful county activities, including, without limitation, courts, records, county personnel, administrative offices, welfare facilities, hospital facilities, detention home facilities, jail facilities, facilities for the detention of children or other juvenile home facilities, library facilities, museum facilities, theater facilities, art galleries, picture galleries, auditorium facilities, exposition facilities, athletic facilities, supplies, vehicles, road maintenance equipment and other county equipment, or any combination thereof, structures, fixtures and furniture therefor, and all appurtenances and incidentals necessary, useful or desirable for any such facilities, including, without limitation, all types of property therefor.
