Bonds for Recreational Facilities

The board is authorized to sell such bonds from time to time in the manner prescribed in NRS 350.105 to 350.195, inclusive, and may employ legal, fiscal, engineering or other expert services in connection with the acquisition, improvement, extension or betterment of the improvements or facilities and with the authorization, issuance and sale of the bonds.
