CHAPTER 245 - COUNTIES: OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES GENERALLY
MERIT SYSTEM FOR EMPLOYEES

The board of county commissioners shall administer the provisions of NRS 245.213 to 245.216, inclusive, through the promulgation of appropriate rules and regulations and the employment of clerical and administrative staff.
