FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF MARRIAGE WITH COUNTY CLERK OF COUNTY WHOSE POPULATION IS 700,000 OR MORE

A board of county commissioners of a county whose population is 700,000 or more may adopt an ordinance requiring that certificates of marriage be filed in the office of the county clerk.
