NRS 247.390: Table of fees to be posted; penalties.

Any county recorder receiving fees as provided by law shall post in a conspicuous place in the county recorder’s office a fee table for public inspection. A sum not exceeding $20 for each day of his or her omission so to do must be forfeited, which sum with costs may be recovered by any person by an action before any justice of the peace of the same county.
