CHAPTER 248 - SHERIFFS
FEES; COMMISSIONS; COMPENSATION; MILEAGE

Mileage shall be computed from the courthouse of the county in all cases where mileage is chargeable by the sheriff. Every fraction of a mile shall be computed as a mile.
